Kate Clark

Associate Vice Provost for Finance & Administration

Kate Clark serves as the Associate Vice Provost for Finance & Administration in the Office of the Provost at the University of Connecticut. In this role, she provides strategic leadership and oversight for the academic budget, resource planning, and administrative operations that support UConn’s academic enterprise. Working closely with university leadership, deans, and administrative partners, Kate ensures alignment of financial and operational planning with institutional goals and priorities.

With over a decade of experience in higher education administration and finance, Kate brings a collaborative and data-informed approach to managing complex organizational budgets and academic initiatives. She plays a key role in supporting academic units through forecasting, financial modeling, policy development, and the stewardship of academic resources.

Kate holds an MBA from the University of Hartford and B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Connecticut, and is deeply committed to transparency, service excellence, and continuous improvement in support of UConn’s mission.
